• It all starts with the main ingredient—chickpeas. These are collected up into a washing device and cleaned before the hummus making begins.
• Next, the chickpeas are soaked in water, a process that causes them to expand.
• After expanding, they are cooked and then sent into a grinding device.
• The chickpea paste is then sent through a machine that gives it a creamy texture.
• The hummus is sealed into individual containers and ready to enjoy.
